📋 Terms & Conditions

The referral reward program is offered by Lendlyfin Pty Ltd at its sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Rewards are paid to the referring party only after the referred client's loan has fully settled with a lender.
Reward amounts are determined by the final settled loan amount: up to $500,000 → $250; $500,001–$800,000 → $500; above $800,000 → $1,000.
The referred person must be a new Lendlyfin client — someone not previously introduced to or engaged with Lendlyfin through any channel.
By submitting a referral, you confirm you have obtained your referral's consent to share their personal information with Lendlyfin for the purpose of assisting them with a home loan.
Lendlyfin reserves the right to withhold or adjust rewards in cases of suspected fraud, duplicate submissions, or where the referral does not meet eligibility criteria.
Rewards are paid via bank transfer to the account details provided. The referring party is responsible for any applicable tax obligations on rewards received.
Lendlyfin is not responsible for any delays caused by the referred client's lender, settlement agent, or third parties involved in the loan process.
A referral submission does not guarantee the referred person will be able to obtain a loan, nor does it guarantee a reward will be paid if a loan does not proceed to settlement.
This program is available to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Lendlyfin employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
